Therapy can be a place to feel deeply heard, thoughtfully supported, and gently encouraged toward a better way forward.

I provide a client-centered, evidence-based approach that is tailored to each person’s needs, goals, and preferences. My style is warm, thoughtful, flexible, and practical. I believe therapy works best when clients feel heard, understood, and validated, while also feeling empowered to try new strategies and take meaningful steps toward growth.

I enjoy working with adults and couples who are seeking clarity, healing, and stronger relationships. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in repeating patterns of frustration, disappointment, anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, or relationship distress. Together, we work to understand those patterns and create new ways of responding.

Why This Work Matters to Me

I was drawn to counseling through my own wellness journey and a desire to help others navigate the challenges that come with being human. Life can bring seasons of distress, disconnection, uncertainty, grief, anxiety, depression, and relationship pain. I believe therapy can offer a safe and supportive place to process those experiences while also helping clients discover new possibilities for healing and change.

I care deeply about helping clients feel less stuck and more empowered. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where clients can better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a life that feels more peaceful, healthy, and connected.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like

Warm, validating, and thoughtful.

I work to create an environment where you can feel heard, respected, and supported as you process important thoughts, feelings, decisions, and relationships.

Practical and flexible.

Therapy with me includes both reflection and strategy. We may explore emotions and patterns, but we will also talk about practical tools you can apply outside of session.

Supportive of growth and relationships.

Whether you are coming individually or as a couple, I will support you at a comfortable pace while helping you strengthen communication, build insight, and try new ways of responding.

At times, therapy may feel like walking with a trail guide — someone beside you as you find the next step forward. At other times, it may feel like resting beneath a steady oak tree — a grounded place to pause, breathe, reflect, and gather strength. I also think of the work as a kind of tending: noticing what needs care, what may need to be cleared away, and what conditions allow healing and growth to take root.

You Might Be a Good Fit If:

  • You feel stuck in patterns that are hard to change

  • You are navigating relationship or couples concerns

  • You are facing a major life transition

  • You are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or fatigue

  • You want support around substance use concerns

  • You want therapy that includes both emotional support and practical tools

  • You are open to trying new approaches to unresolved issues

  • You want a therapist who will listen deeply and encourage growth

Therapy can help alleviate distress in work, relationships, mood, motivation, and daily life. You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. You only need a willingness to be honest about where you are and open to the possibility of something different.
