Why This Work Matters to Me

As someone who has personally navigated childhood trauma, I understand how isolating and complex that journey can be. A key part of my own healing was believing that one day, my suffering would help someone else find their way through. That calling is what led me here.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like

Deep, but not rushed.

We can go beneath surface-level coping skills, but only at a pace that feels safe and manageable.

Warm, honest, and human.

Therapy with me includes compassion, curiosity, directness, and a sense of humor about life.

Insight with practical grounding.

We may explore patterns, parts of your story, values, relationships, and the tools that help you live differently now.

You Might Be a Good Fit If:

  • You’re ready to explore your past with safety and support

  • You’re tired of coping strategies that don’t stick

  • You want therapy that feels collaborative and honest

Finding a therapist is a bit like dating - sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right fit.

If I had to describe my style as a metaphor, I’d say I’m a guide holding a lantern on a dark woodland path. We’ll find the way together.
